Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 1st, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information is, and is not, collected when you use this website and the pxETH redemption interface (the “Service”) provided by Dinero Protocol (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

The Service is a static website. It has no user accounts and no registration, and it does not ask for your name, email address or any other contact details. We do not maintain a database of the people who visit the Service, and we do not send email or any other marketing communications.

Wallet and blockchain information: When you connect a wallet or enter an address, the Service reads that public address and its token balances from public blockchains, directly from your browser. Transactions that you sign are submitted by your wallet to public blockchains. Blockchain data, including your address, balances and transactions, is public and permanent. It is not controlled by us and cannot be altered or deleted by us.

Private keys: The Service never asks for, receives or stores your private keys or recovery phrase.

2. Information Automatically Collected

Cookies and tracking: The Service does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, web beacons or similar tracking technologies.

Browser storage: The Service stores a small amount of information in your browser’s local storage so that it works as expected, such as a custom network (RPC) address that you choose to enter, a list of the cross-chain transfers you started from this browser that have not yet arrived, and the wallet-connection state kept by the wallet-connection software. This information stays on your device and you can remove it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

Server logs: The hosting provider that serves the website may automatically record standard log file information each time the Service is accessed, such as your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, the date and time of the request and the files requested. This information is used to deliver the Service, to keep it secure and to diagnose or fix technology problems.

Third-party services contacted by your browser: To function, the Service causes your browser to communicate directly with third parties that we do not control:

Each of these third parties handles information under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies or practices.

3. Sharing Personal Information With Third Parties

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for their marketing or advertising purposes. The information described in this Policy may be disclosed in the instances described below:

4. Your Choices Regarding Your Information

4.1 Marketing Communications

We do not collect email addresses through the Service and we do not send promotional or Service-related emails. There is therefore nothing to unsubscribe from.

4.2 Online Advertising

The Service does not display advertising and does not share tracking information with online advertising networks.

Do Not Track

We do not collect information from you for behavioral advertising purposes and the Service does not track you across websites. Your selection of the “Do Not Track” option provided by your browser therefore does not change how the Service behaves.

Data Access and Retention

The Service does not create a profile for you and we do not hold personal information that identifies you, so there is no profile for us to change or delete. Information stored in your browser can be deleted by you at any time by clearing your browser’s site data. Information recorded on public blockchains cannot be changed or deleted by anyone, including us. Information held by the third parties described in section 2 is retained by them under their own policies, and requests concerning that information should be directed to them.

Security and Storage of Information

Dinero Protocol cares about the security of your information. The Service is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and does not ask you to submit personal information. While we take reasonable precautions against possible security breaches, no website or internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss or other breach will never occur. Always check that you are on the correct website before connecting a wallet, and never share your private keys or recovery phrase with anyone.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children. As set out in the Terms of Use, the Service is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. In the event that we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from children under 13, we will delete or anonymize such information.

Cookies

A browser cookie is a small piece of data that is stored on your device to help websites and mobile apps remember things about you. Other technologies, including Web storage and identifiers associated with your device, may be used for similar purposes. The Service does not set cookies. Its only use of these technologies is the browser storage described in section 2, which is necessary for the Service to work and is not used for preferences profiling, performance measurement or marketing.

4.3 Analytics and Advertising Services

We do not use analytics or advertising services on the Service, and we do not let other companies use cookies on the Service for those purposes.

Links to third party websites

The Service may, from time to time, contain links to third party websites, such as block explorers. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies. Please check the individual policies before you submit any information to those websites.

5. California Residents (California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018)

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) grants California consumers the right to request that a business disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information that it collects about the consumer, the categories of sources from which that information is collected, the business purposes for collecting or selling the information, and the categories of third parties with which the information is shared. It grants a consumer the right to request deletion of personal information, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information by a business, and prohibits a business from discriminating against the consumer for exercising these rights.

Our notice to California residents, including the categories of information involved and how these rights apply to the Service, is set out in the Privacy Notice for California Residents.
